- 7 slices white bread
- 1 stick butter
- 3 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Cube bread and saute slowly in the butter.

2Add pineapple, flour, sugar and the eggs.

3Stir into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
