  • 7 slices white bread
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Cube bread and saute slowly in the butter.

    Add pineapple, flour, sugar and the eggs.

    Stir into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
