Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

    Cut garlic cloves in half and combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc.

    Add meat of your choice.

    Refrigerate one hour to overnight, turning the bag periodically.

    Cook steak or chicken as desired.

    *Note: I use red wine vinegar for steaks and balsamic vinegar for chicken.
