- 5 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 large onions, sliced thinly into rings
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6 pats butter
Directions

1Grease pan.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Sprinkle flour in bottom of pan; layer with onions.

4Sprinkle with flour, then add a layer of potatoes.

5Continue layering until potatoes and onions fill pan.

6Pour milk over entire contents, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Arrange pats of butter on top.

8Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

9When potatoes are soft it is done.
