  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Peel and slice potatoes.

    In a 2-quart casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper.

    Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.

    Put mushroom mixture on top of potatoes, then a layer of cheese.

    Repeat process.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or so.
