- 6 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes.

2In a 2-quart casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper.

3Mix cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl.

4Put mushroom mixture on top of potatoes, then a layer of cheese.

5Repeat process.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or so.
