- potatoes
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In a casserole dish place a layer of peeled, sliced potatoes. Spoon mushroom soup and cubed Spam.

2Another layer potatoes, soup and Spam.

3Fill up dish.

4Add salt and pepper (to taste).

5Mix one can water into mushroom soup can; mix.

6Pour over potatoes, Spam and soup.

7Add more water, enough to fill casserole dish up to top layer of potatoes.

8Bake at 400° until potatoes are tender.

9Serve hot or cold.
