- 12 cup flour
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 1 lb pollock fillet
- 13 cup walnuts (chopped, toasted)
- 1 12 cups spinach (packed)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 cup olive oil
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Place egg in a bowl.

2Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.

3Dip fish in egg then flour to coat.

4Place on a baking rack.

5Chill 20 minutes.

6Meanwhile, puree the walnuts, oil, spinach lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.

7Heat oil in a skillet.

8Add fish.

9Saute 3 minutes each side.
