  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 12 cup flour
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 lb pollock fillet
  • 13 cup walnuts (chopped, toasted)
  • 1 12 cups spinach (packed)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Place egg in a bowl.

    Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Dip fish in egg then flour to coat.

    Place on a baking rack.

    Chill 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, puree the walnuts, oil, spinach lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Heat oil in a skillet.

    Add fish.

    Saute 3 minutes each side.
