- 8 medium sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. dried onions
- dash of celery seed
- 1 can mushroom, drained
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice potatoes into sprayed casserole dish. Mix soup with milk in microwave container.

2Microwave almost to boiling point.

3To potatoes, sprinkle onions, salt, pepper and celery seed over.

4Add mushrooms.

5Top with soup mixture.

6Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
