- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, peeled, sliced and rings divided
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onion in slightly salted water until barely done and drain.

2Mix milk with soup.

3Layer potatoes with cheese in a butter greased casserole.

4Pour soup mixture over this and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
