Scalloped Potatoes

  • 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, peeled, sliced and rings divided
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onion in slightly salted water until barely done and drain.

    Mix milk with soup.

    Layer potatoes with cheese in a butter greased casserole.

    Pour soup mixture over this and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
