- 6 to 8 potatoes, cut up
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 c. melted butter
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
Directions

1Slice potatoes; cook until partly done.

2Drain.

3Mix butter, soup and cheese.

4Add to potatoes.

5Place in casserole dish. Cover with 1/8 cup melted butter combined with cornflake crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
