  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 1/2 c. light cream

    Spoon rice mixture into 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish.
