  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except crumbs.

    Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

    Turn into 9 1/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan (or similar pan).

    Top with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° about 20 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
