- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except crumbs.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Turn into loaf pan.

4Top with crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Broccoli may be used instead of spinach.
