  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except crumbs.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Turn into loaf pan.

    Top with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Broccoli may be used instead of spinach.
