  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Thoroughly combine all ingredients and pour into greased crock-pot.

    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

    (Can be cooked in casserole in 350° oven for 1 hour.)
