- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. brown or white sugar (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. cracker or dry bread crumbs
- 5 c. tomatoes, skinned and quartered
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten light
- 2 c. creamed corn
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream
Directions

1Stir all ingredients into well-beaten eggs.

2Pour into greased oven dish.

3Place dish in pan with some water.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until custard is set.

5Serve hot.
