- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
- 3 slices day old bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
Directions

1Cook the celery and onions in butter.

2Blend in flour.

3Butter toast and cut into 1/2-inch squares.

4Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

5Bake for 30 minutes and top with buttered bread.

6Bake 20 minutes longer.
