- 3 or 4 slices toast, cut in cubes
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Alternate tomatoes and toast cubes in greased 1-quart casserole, having toast for top layer.

2Season with grated onion, salt and pepper.

3Pour butter over all.

4Bake in moderate oven (375°) until heated through, about 20 minutes.
