  • 3 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of ground celery seed
  • 1 1/2 c. peeled, boiled, sliced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 c. sliced carrots, cooked
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • dash of paprika

Directions

    In small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt, Molly McButter, mustard, pepper and ground celery seed.

    Mix until smooth. Arrange potatoes, broccoli, carrots and green onion in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    Top with cream cheese mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350°.
