- 3 oz. light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- dash of ground celery seed
- 1 1/2 c. peeled, boiled, sliced potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 c. sliced carrots, cooked
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- dash of paprika
Directions

1In small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt, Molly McButter, mustard, pepper and ground celery seed.

2Mix until smooth. Arrange potatoes, broccoli, carrots and green onion in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

3Top with cream cheese mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350°.
