- 1/4 c. olive oil or regular oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Blend the ingredients together.

2Pour over the scallops. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3Place under the broiler 3 inches from heat.
