  • 1/4 c. dry white wine (drink type)
  • 1/4 c. olive oil or regular oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Blend the ingredients together.

    Pour over the scallops. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Place under the broiler 3 inches from heat.
