- 2 Tbsp. diet margarine
- 2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. julienne carrots
- 1 c. julienne celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- sprinkle of pepper
- 1 lb. sea scallops, halved
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute onion in butter in large skillet for 1 minute.

3Add mushrooms, carrots and celery.

4Cook, stirring constantly.

5Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
