- 2 lb. fresh scallops, cooked
- 3/4 c. toasted dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. crushed tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Combine crumbs, onions, parsley and seasonings.

2Add butter and sherry; mix thoroughly.

3Combine crumb mixture and scallops; toss lightly.

4Place in well-greased, shallow, 1-quart casserole. Bake in 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
