- 1 1/2 lb. deep sea scallops
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb. butter
- paprika
- garlic
- Romano cheese
- white wine
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Stir in bread crumbs.

3Add garlic, paprika, Romano cheese and white wine to taste.

4Mix to make a thick mixture.

5Put scallops in a casserole or shallow baking pan with butter.

6Spread bread crumb mixture on top of scallops.

7Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until scallops are white and firm.
