- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 can sliced pineapple
Directions

1Cut scallops into small pieces and salt.

2Make a syrup of butter, sugar and pineapple juice.

3Dip scallops and pineapple slices in syrup.

4Place pineapple in a well greased shallow pan. Put scallops in center of pineapple slices.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, basting once with syrup.
