- 1 lb. bay scallops, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced celery leaves
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. half and half or milk
- 1 pkg. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In large saucepan, melt butter.

2Stir in mushroom stems and scallops for a minute or two.

3Sprinkle in flour; stir until it disappears.

4Gradually add half and half or milk; blend until saucy.

5Stir in seasonings and mushroom caps; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

6Serve over linguine pasta.
