- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
- 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- lemon wedges
Directions

1Melt butter in a large baking pan to hold single layer of scallops.

2Stir in oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt.

3Mix well.

4Add scallops and toss gently. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
