  • 1/4 c. butter, divided
  • 1 lb. fresh, dry bay scallops, rinsed
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 3 T. white wine
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic(depending on taste)
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • S & P to taste

Saute mushrooms in 2 T. butter for about 5 min., then add onions, garlic and wine and cook about 3 more minutes.","6":"4. Add this mixture to the scallops and bread crumbs, add parsely, salt and pepper and mix well.","8":"5. Turn into a greased quiche dish or 9-inch pie plate.
