- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 lb. scallops (bay)
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Melt butter and garlic on low heat.

2Add garlic powder; mix. Place scallops in square 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Pour butter mixture over scallops; toss lightly.

4Sprinkle parsley over. Broil for under 10 minutes.

5Great served with rice or thin spaghetti.
