  • 1 12 lbs bay scallops
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon wedge
  • 13 cup fresh parsley

Directions

    Rinse scallops and pat dry.

    Put flour in a shallow bowl.

    Roll scallops in flour.

    Heat oil over med heat.

    Add scallops and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Halfway through cooking, stir in minced garlic.

    Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

    Garnish with parsley.
