- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- lemon wedge
- 13 cup fresh parsley

1Rinse scallops and pat dry.

2Put flour in a shallow bowl.

5Add scallops and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
