- 4 slices Yearling Beef, Veal (better) Chicken Or Pork
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Lemon, Juice And Grated Rind
Directions

1Drench the slices of meat in the flour, shake off the excess ( it is important that the meat should be very thinly sliced)

2Melt butter in fry pan, add the meat and quickly cook, tuning it once.

3Remove the meat and keep warm.

4Pour the lemon juice to the pan and de glaze (adding a little water if needed) add the capers.

5Return meat and any meat juices, to the pan, turn to coat.

6Serve with your favourite veggies.
