- 1 lb. (2 cups) butter
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Put cottage cheese through sieve.

3Cream butter & cottage cheese.

4Stir salt into flour and mix into butter.

5Form into walnut-size balls.
-
6Roll each ball out on floured board.
-
7Put 1 tsp. jelly or jam in middle of each pastry. Brush edges of pastry with water, fold in half and seal edges. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
