- 1/2 lb. butter or oleo (2 sticks)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- a little milk (if necessary)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine butter and cream cheese.

2Blend until smooth.

3Add flour and salt gradually into butter mixture.

4Knead into ball. Chill 1/2 hour.

5Roll out about 1/4-inch thick; cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.

6Spread each square with raspberry jam, apricot jam, etc., to within 1/4 inch of edges.

7Roll up firmly; place rolled edge down on ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 425° for about 12 minutes.
