- 1 1/2 lb. round veal or tenderized round steaks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 Tbsp. margarine or oil (for frying)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. flour
Directions

1Pound veal until thin.

2Sprinkle meat with lemon juice on both sides.

3Let stand for 30 minutes.

4Season with salt and pepper. Blend eggs, water and oil.

5Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.

6Coat veal with flour, egg mixture and then cheese with bread crumbs.

7Fry in margarine or oil.
