- 4 pork cutlets
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- lemon juice (to taste)
Directions

1Pound cutlets with mallet.

2Dip in eggs.

3Mix bread crumbs together.

4Cover dipped cutlets with crumbs.

5Dip back into eggs. Cover with crumbs again.

6Brown in skillet with 1/2 stick butter and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

7Place in pan with 1/2 stick butter.

8Bake in oven at 275° for 1 hour.

9Cover with foil while baking.

10Serve with lemon juice.
