  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • lemon juice (to taste)

Directions

    Pound cutlets with mallet.

    Dip in eggs.

    Mix bread crumbs together.

    Cover dipped cutlets with crumbs.

    Dip back into eggs. Cover with crumbs again.

    Brown in skillet with 1/2 stick butter and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

    Place in pan with 1/2 stick butter.

    Bake in oven at 275° for 1 hour.

    Cover with foil while baking.

    Serve with lemon juice.
