  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. milk (warm)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix yeast, milk, sugar, oil and salt together.

    Let stand for 15 minutes.

    Use mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Let work until double in size.

    Then roll out and cut.

    Then let work in a bread pan until double in size.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
