Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 1/4 c. dry milk or 1/4 c. whole milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. shortening (add to yeast mixture)
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients until flour is light.

2Put next 3 ingredients in a bowl and let dissolve.

3Add shortening to yeast mixture.

4Add liquid mixture to flour and beat well.

5You may have to add a little more flour a little at a time.

6(Let rise until double.)

7Punch down.

8Pinch out rolls and place in a greased pan. Let rise until double.

9Bake at 375° until brown.
