- 2 oz. butter
- 7 Tbsp. milk
- 3 oz. golden raisins
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Rub butter into flour mixture until it looks like breadcrumbs. Add raisins.

3Add cold milk, mix with knife blade to form a soft dough.

4Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into biscuit rounds. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
