- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 beaten egg
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Peel eggs and divide sausage meat into 4 equal portions.

2Wrap sausage around each boiled egg.

3Roll in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.

4Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked.

5May be eaten hot or cold.

6Slice in half to serve or slice into eighths for appetizers.
