  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 beaten egg
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Peel eggs and divide sausage meat into 4 equal portions.

    Wrap sausage around each boiled egg.

    Roll in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked.

    May be eaten hot or cold.

    Slice in half to serve or slice into eighths for appetizers.
