  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 pkg. bulk sausage
  • 1 beaten egg
  • dry breadcrumbs

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Mix sausage with a little breadcrumbs. Roll out on floured board and divide into 6 squares.

    Making sure the eggs are dry, wrap sausage around the eggs.

    Coat each egg with egg and breadcrumbs.

    Place on oven rack so that fat will drip through and cook 15 to 20 minutes until sausage is thoroughly cooked.

    When cool, cut each egg in half lengthwise and decorate with parsley.
