- 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1 pkg. bulk sausage
- 1 beaten egg
- dry breadcrumbs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix sausage with a little breadcrumbs. Roll out on floured board and divide into 6 squares.

3Making sure the eggs are dry, wrap sausage around the eggs.

4Coat each egg with egg and breadcrumbs.

5Place on oven rack so that fat will drip through and cook 15 to 20 minutes until sausage is thoroughly cooked.

6When cool, cut each egg in half lengthwise and decorate with parsley.
