  • 8 eggs, hard boiled
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Roll eggs in flour.

    Cut sausage into 8 equal parts.

    Spread sausage around egg.

    Chill.

    Dip sausage egg in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs with paprika mixed in.

    Place on a shallow pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked. Cut eggs into eighths and serve.
