Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage meat
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 9 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. plain white flour
- 7 oz. fresh white bread crumbs
- oil (enough for deep frying)
Directions

1Place meat in large mixing bowl.

2Mix in finely chopped onion; add sausage, parsley and cumin.

3Cover and refrigerate while boiling 6 eggs.

4Roll eggs in flour until very dry.

5Divide meat by 6.

6Flatten to ovals 2 times the size of an egg.

7Mold meat mix around egg.

8Beat 3 raw eggs.

9Roll coated eggs in a little flour, then dip into beaten egg, then dip into bread crumbs.

10Place eggs on plate; chill for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375°.

11Fry 2 or 3 eggs for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked and coating is golden brown.

12Drain.
