- 4 hard boiled eggs / peeled
- 1 lb pork breakfast sausage
- 1 cup panko japanese breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp each of onion and garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 enough vegetable oil for deep frying eggs
Directions

1You need three separate plates to place your ingredients.

2In one,place your flour.

3In another, place bread crumbs,salt, onion and garlic powder.

4In third put your beaten egg.

5Take peeled hard boiled egg encase with sausage and roll in flour.

6Next roll in beaten egg.

7Now roll in seasoned panko.

8Let them sit for 5 minutes to ensure coating sticks.

9Deep fry in hot oil heated to 350AF.

10Remove when golden brown.

11Drain on a plate with paper toweling.
