- 8 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 pound Good Breakfast Sausage
Directions

1Hard boil eggs I do 7 minutes at hard boil for less done centers as pictured and 9 minutes for harder centers.

2Then immediately drain the water and peel eggs.

3Preheat oven to 350F.

4Put bread crumbs in a small mixing bowl.

5Take a bit of sausage about the same size as the egg, flatten it in your hand and wrap it around the egg so that the egg is completely covered.

6Roll the egg in bread crumbs and set aside.

7Repeat with all eggs.

8Bake on a cookie sheet for about 30 minutes until you are sure the sausage is cooked through or you can also fry them over medium heat on the stove top.

9Either way, I dont add any oil because of the grease from the sausage.

10Serve eggs immediately or store in the fridge.
