- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions

2Pat dough into small cakes, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

3Bake on ungreased sheets at 325° for 25 minutes. Turn oven up to 350° and brown for 5 minutes.

4Watch closely, so they don't get too brown.

5Cut immediately on cookie sheet and cool.

6Store in airtight container.

7Makes 4 to 5 cakes.
