  • 3 medium onions
  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. cheese
  • 1/2 lb. meat, your choice
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook onions and potatoes until tender. Cut up meat in bite size pieces.

    Combine milk, flour and butter. Cook over low heat until thick.

    Add salt and pepper to white sauce.

    Drain potatoes.

    Combine potatoes, onions and meat together.

    Pour white sauce over it, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
