- 3 medium onions
- 3 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. cheese
- 1/2 lb. meat, your choice
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook onions and potatoes until tender. Cut up meat in bite size pieces.

3Combine milk, flour and butter. Cook over low heat until thick.

4Add salt and pepper to white sauce.

5Drain potatoes.

6Combine potatoes, onions and meat together.
-
7Pour white sauce over it, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

8Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
