- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour

1Mix together thoroughly the first 3 ingredients.

2Sift in the flour; mix thoroughly with hands.

3Roll out to 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick.

4Chill; cut into finger size pieces.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Prick with a fork; press edges with fork.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Watch closely, as they brown quickly.
