- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Set oven slow at 300° to 325°.

2Cream butter.

3Add sugar gradually; beat until fluffy.

4Sift flour into creamed mixture thoroughly; blend, using hands.

5Press into oblong cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.

6Prick surface with fork.

7Bake in preheated oven for about 1/2 hour, or until firm when pressed gently in center.

8Should be only light brown.
