- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix butter, flour and cream cheese; chill for 30 minutes. Place a rounded teaspoonful of dough in each tart cup.

2Press dough to bottom and sides with thumb.

3Sprinkle each cup with chopped pecans.

4Mix the brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, salt and vanilla together.

5Spoon in the cups, over top of the pecans. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
