- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix above ingredients and chill 1/2 hour.

2Spread mixture evenly over bottom of jelly roll pan, which should be lined with foil.

3Sprinkle with 1/2 c. pecans.

4Mix eggs with brown sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla.

5Spread over dough.

6Sprinkle with remaining pecans.

7Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Cut into bars.

9Can be frozen.
