- 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 4 cups fresh snow peas
- 1/3 cup lite teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package.

2Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat.

3Lightly beat egg whites and whole egg.

4Add to skillet; cook until eggs are scrambled and set, stirring frequently.

5Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.

6Add pea pods to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min.

7or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

8Add teriyaki sauce; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.

9Drain spaghetti; return to pan.

10Add pea pod mixture, eggs, nuts and cilantro; mix lightly.
