- 1 lb. butter
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. 10x sugar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- sprinkle of colored sugar
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Add sugar and flour.

3Knead with hands.

4Place in pan.

5Flatten, then prick with fork.

6Sprinkle with colored sugar crystals.

7Preheat oven to 350°.

8Bake for 15 minutes.

9Turn down oven to 300° and bake another 30 minutes, until golden brown on edges.

10Turn off oven and leave in oven overnight.

11Cut into squares when cool.
