- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 to 3 tsp. water
Directions

1Put flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl; work in butter until breadcrumb consistency.

2Add only enough water to hold together. Turn onto floured pastry board; shape into hands.

3Roll out and place on cookie sheet; mark lightly.

4Bake in a preheated 300° oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.

5Remove from oven and cool on rack.
